The Supply Register is a proud partner withRugeley John Taylor School, which is currently a small, close-knit community of 150 Year 7 pupils. We are looking for a compassionate and medically-experienced individual to provide high-level support for students with complex physical and educational needs.
The Role
* Schedule: 5 days per week.
* Start Date: Immediately following the upcoming half-term.
* Focus: Providing dedicated 1-on-1 and small-group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Specific Care Requirements
You will be a key point of contact and support for pupils with specific medical requirements, including:
* Supporting a pupil with complex diabetes management (high‑needs).
* Supporting a pupil with a tracheostomy.
* Working alongside pupils with current EHCPs.
About You
We are looking for someone who balances clinical confidence with a passion for education.
* Medical Background: Ideally, you have experience in a Residential School or a clinical setting where you ve managed complex physical needs.
* School Experience: You must have a proven track record of supporting children within an educational environment.
* The Right Fit: You are adaptable, proactive, and ready to grow with a new school.
