* Conducting design reviews and developing performance-based and code-compliant solutions.
* Carrying out site inspections and preparing reports.

What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for learning, understanding, and applying codes and standards such as Approved Document B, BS 9991, BS 9999, BS 7974, and related guidance.
* A fundamental understanding of, or desire to learn, performance-based fire engineering principles and analysis methods such as CFD, evacuation modeling, radiant heat transfer, fire dynamics, etc.
* A desire to meet and exceed client and team expectations, build long-term relationships, and focus on the long term.
* An ambition to be a well-rounded Fire Safety Engineer with knowledge of fire engineering principles, codes, standards, project management, leadership, and community impact.
* Chartered, working towards Chartered status, or aspiring to be Chartered.
* A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality work.
* Strong report writing and communication skills—clear, accurate, and concise.
* A degree in Fire Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
What We Offer:
* Support and encouragement to develop your career and competencies.
* Competitive salary based on experience, with six-monthly bonuses.
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
* Support for CEng/Chartership applications, including dedicated time, workshops, and reviews.
* A close-knit, supportive team environment.
* Exposure to diverse projects and leadership opportunities.
* A 9-day fortnight, giving every employee every second Friday off (26 extra days leave per year).
