Key Responsibilities include:
Acting as a key person to ensure young people feel safe, supported, and happy in their living environment
Supporting residents with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and managing appointments
Helping residents maintain their tenancy and understand their rights and responsibilities
Providing emotional support and encouragement to build confidence and resilience
Assisting in crisis situations and making on-the-spot decisions
Facilitating access to education, employment, health services, and other community resources
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care/support plans
Working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights as required
Participating in training and development opportunities
