Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and development
* Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation
* Encourage and support students’ social and emotional development
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

* A passion for working with children and young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and use initiative
* Some experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
