Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: East Horsley, KT24
Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency, with offices in East Horsley, are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Negotiator to join their highly effective team.
The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating business by calling new and existing clients, canvassing and negotiating successful property sales.
You will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a busy environment and be a real team player.
You will have exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and have natural negotiation skills.
The perfect candidate will already be working in a similar role but have a desire to join a local market leading company where they can earn well and develop their career in a fast moving busy sales environment.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Ripley area who specialise in residential property.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
1. Previous experience in Estate Agency
2. A proven sales record
3. High level of customer service
4. Good telephone manner
5. Well-presented and well-spoken
6. Ambitious and Self-Motivated
7. Local knowledge of the East Horsley areas preferred
8. Driving license and own car essential
