We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 4 Support, Time Recovery Worker. The individuals must be compassionate, committed and have good working knowledge of mental health. The post holder will work with service users to provide recovery focused interventions through ongoing support, practical assistance and problem resolution under the supervision of a senior team member. To contribute to the regular reviews of service users in the team. The post holder will support service users with their recovery journeys through collaborative goal setting with a range of priority health and social needs under the supervision of a senior member of the team. Help to identify early signs of relapse by monitoring the user's progress, level of functioning and mental state and alert the appropriate staff involved in the individual's care. Participate in regular planning and review meetings with the clinician supervising pieces of work and maintain quality and management of clinical caseload within supervision process. Maintain adequate records as required by existing procedures, entering appropriate details on the service user's case notes as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with service users to facilitate access and engagement in a range of socially inclusive (including vocational) community-based activities.
* Develop an alliance based upon collaboration and mutual respect and within appropriate and transparent boundaries.
* Help users gain access to resources to include benefits and welfare rights, using internal and external expertise as required.
* Provide simple psychological interventions as required under the supervision of an appropriately qualified clinician.
* Attend and participate in wider team/care plan review meetings as appropriate.
* Develop good working relationships and work collaboratively with other organizations that are able to help individuals achieve their goals, including vocational and educational providers, training providers, voluntary agencies, accommodation and financial services.
* Participate in the ongoing review of the STR workers role and contribute to the Trust-wide process.

CRHTT (South) operates across our Foundation Trust via an established base in Cambridge. This post will be located in the dynamic and multi-cultural city of Cambridge.
