Are you an accomplished Residential Property Solicitor seeking a role with real autonomy, strategic influence, and a supportive culture? Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Surrey, offers the chance to lead on complex property matters in a collaborative, professional environment with clear progression and flexible working.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Advise clients on sales, purchases, leasehold enfranchisement, and shared ownership
* Manage complex matters including bridging loans, declarations of trust, home equity release, and unregistered land
* Navigate advanced stamp duty land tax and investment property conveyancing
* Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to business growth
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
* Minimum 7 years’ PQE in Residential Property law (UK practice)
* Strong academic background
* Proven expertise in residential sales, purchases, lease extensions, and shared ownership
* Ability to manage complex property structures and transactions
* Autonomous, strategic thinker with excellent client management skills
Desirable:
* Experience with newbuild and investment property conveyancing
* Advanced knowledge of unregistered land and lifetime mortgages
