Beagle is delighted to be partnered with a unique organisation, that is both commercial and focussed on social good. As Head of Marketing, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding growth marketing strategies that drive new memberships, expand the current membership base, increase revenue, and develop lasting connections with target audiences. You will also be responsible for managing the existing membership and ensuring they are as engaged as possible.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, which comprises both retention and acquisition. Your role will include monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns, reporting on results and using this insight to optimise the marketing strategy.
You will need to have well-rounded experience in digital marketing, communications and CRM, gained from working in a commercial setting within the private or charities sector. Experience working for an ecommerce business or a membership organisation is highly desirable.
