What the Role Involves
As our Area Clinics Lead, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our clinics deliver outstanding care and operate efficiently. You’ll:
🔹 Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinics Team Leads
🔹 Act as the clinical expert for the region, supporting complex case management
🔹 Oversee diary optimisation and clinic performance
🔹 Drive clinical quality through KPIs, audits, and improvement initiatives
🔹 Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
🔹 Champion Pure’s values, culture, and commitment to high‑performing teams
🔹 Collaborate with Ops, Governance, and Regional Leads to ensure excellence across all services
This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, operational awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional standards. You’ll need:
✔ HCPC registration + CSP membership
✔ BSc Physiotherapy or Pre‑Reg MSc
✔ Minimum 4 years’ MSK experience
✔ Experience leading or developing clinicians
✔ Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
✔ A passion for quality, development, and patient‑centred care
Desirable extras include:
➕ Level 7 leadership qualification or Clinical Master’s

âž• Project or strategy implementation experience
