Warehouse, Logistics & Procurement Manager Location: Stourbridge Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) Join a growing manufacturing business as a key operational leader We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse, Logistics & Procurement Manager to take ownership of all material movement, supply chain, and purchasing activity. This is a pivotal, hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, process improvement, and leading teams to deliver exceptional operational performance. You’ll be the driving force connecting warehouse, procurement, and production — ensuring goods flow efficiently, suppliers perform consistently, and costs are optimised. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers real scope to make an impact. What you’ll be doing Lead day-to-day warehouse operations (goods-in/out, storage, dispatch, and assembly flow). Build, mentor, and motivate a strong operational team across stores, logistics, and procurement. Take full ownership of the procurement function — improving systems, negotiating with suppliers, and securing best-value deals. Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to guarantee on-time, cost-effective deliveries. Ensure all export/import documentation and compliance requirements are met. Maintain accurate stock control, inventory levels, and ERP/MRP data integrity. Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and supply chain operations. Collaborate with senior management to support strategic goals and performance targets. What we’re looking for Strong procurement experience – essential. You’ll bring commercial acumen and negotiation confidence. Proven track record leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Solid understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards. ERP/MRP system experience and strong Excel/Office skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and implement change. Qualifications Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management. Degree/HNC in a related field or CIPS qualification (advantageous but not essential). IOSH or forklift licence beneficial. Why apply?
