This role requires flexible working
Main duties of the job
1. Welcoming and registering patients attending the Emergency Department.
2. Delivering a courteous and efficient front-of-house service.
3. Managing telephone and in-person enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
4. Supporting the wider admin team with clerical tasks as directed.
5. Adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
