Sales Administrator & Customer Retention Specialist
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual to support our sales team and manage customer retention across our B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full sales cycle, including documentation, contracts and onboarding handovers
* Act as a point of contact for customers and TPI partners, handling queries and ensuring excellent service
* Maintain CRM pipeline and produce sales reports and forecasts
* Provide administrative support across sales, contracts and commission processing
* Manage customer renewals, reduce churn and conduct retention activity
* Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and handle customer accounts proactively
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of sales processes
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Highly organised, proactive and customer‑focused
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus)
