What you'll be doing:?PI Team Leader (Motor)
* Leading a team of PI Claims Handlers, setting clear expectations and ensuring high standards of service.

* Managing workloads, coaching, and developing staff to meet individual and team objectives.

* Overseeing the effective handling of PI claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

* Driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently and fairly.

* Acting as a point of escalation for complex cases and supporting decision-making.
