About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive school in the Wirral area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students across KS3 and KS4, with a particular focus on those with additional learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students in mainstream and SEN settings Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school SEN experience highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) Why Join Us?
