Enviropipes is a rapidly growing Australian owned Company. We are based in High Wycombe, near Perth Airport and seek a special individual to join our team. We specialise in the manufacture of quality plastic piping solutions, in particular high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings.
Responsibilities
* Verifying timesheets and attendance
* Preparing and processing payroll fortnightly
* Maintenance of staff files
* Credit notes and adjustments
* Reconciling project invoicing as required
* Adhoc duties as required
Qualifications
* The successful applicant will demonstrate the following characteristics:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Conscientious, punctual and enthusiastic
* Knowledge of Payroll requirements
* Proficient in Excel and MYOB
* Experience in Triumph is desired but not necessary
* Open to learning new software packages and processes
* Team player
