STEM Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated GMP Technical Trainer for a leading Biotechnology company based in South East England. This permanent role involves delivering comprehensive GMP training programmes to manufacturing staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will develop training materials, conduct workshops, and assess trainee progress to optimise manufacturing performance and quality assurance within the biotech sector. As the GMP Technical Trainer, your key responsibilities include: Training Program Development - Design comprehensive training programs covering various aspects of GMP regulations, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts, training coordinators and departmental leaders to identify training needs and develop relevant content. Training Delivery - Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, existing staff, and cross-functional teams. GMP Compliance - Ensure that training programs align with current GMP regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Emphasize the importance of adherence to GMP principles in all training materials and sessions. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications. Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant feedback, and compliance metrics for management review. Continuous Improvement - Proactively seek feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing training programs and processes. Stay abreast of developments in GMP regulations, industry trends, and training methodologies to ensure the ongoing relevance and effectiveness of training initiatives. Training Centre - Onboarding of new starters, as required. Deliver “Manufacturing Essentials” – onboarding programme for production Individual Accountability - Ensure training records are maintained and managed in line with quality standards and requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of the technical training programme delivered at the Training centre and on the job. We welcome applications for GMP Technical Trainer.
