Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Lift Project Manager for our client based in Glasgow. Role Overview: This is a key leadership role within a well-established lift engineering company, responsible for delivering major modernisation and new installation projects across a defined geographical area. The Lift Project Manager will oversee all phases of project delivery from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of lift installation and modernisation projects. Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractor activities efficiently. Ensure all projects adhere to company and industry safety standards. Prepare and submit CPPs, Method Statements, Quality Plans, and Programmes for approval. Monitor financial performance, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead client meetings and act as the main point of contact for customer communication. Record significant site events and ensure contractual compliance throughout. Submit and agree variations and final accounts before project closure. Carry out regular site audits, snag-free handovers, and project reviews. Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to meet customer expectations. Manage engineering testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience: Proven project management experience in the lift or similar engineering sector. Minimum 4 years’ experience in cost control, leadership, and time management. Proficient in project management software. Strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and procedures. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Offering: Salary £51,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Company car with fuel card. Project performance bonus. 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
