Location: Lymington & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and role level)

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a variety of Multi-Academy Trusts and specialist education providers in the Lymington area to recruit dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants (TAs), SEN Teaching Assistants, and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs). Whether you're an experienced support professional or new to education with a passion for helping young people thrive, we have permanent roles available in Primary, Secondary, and Specialist school settings.
About the Roles:
Depending on your role and experience, you will:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including SEN and SEMH
Assist in creating a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
Help with planning and delivering interventions, particularly in literacy and numeracy
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
About You:
Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
A passion for supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach
HLTA applicants should hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
