Our Trainee Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure our customers are provided with the best service along their journey with us. You must be commercially astute as building rapport with customers is key to the success of our business as well as understanding the sales and customer service focus required for the position. You will once trained be providing a range of clinical activities for both NHS and private services, such as Microsuction ( wav Removal) or repair and rehabilitation. In this role, you’ll be supported by a HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. Our store and our team
The store in Ashford and the hub in Bybrook are accredited as a Great Place to Work, the team consist of with an Audiologist, 2 Hearing Aid Dispensers and a lovely Receptionist, so has, very much a family feel to it. Not only that but the store that boasts a modern staff room, a chill area and an in-house training facility.

Salary / rate of pay: £12.41 per hour
Monday to Saturday: 8.45am to 5.30pm - you will work 5 days out of 7 with alternative Saturdays

What we’re looking for?
* Experience of working in a retail or sales setting or from a care/nursing background
* Good written and verbal English skills / good communication
* Keen interest in self-development
* Interested in furthering your clinical skills
