Overview
The Operational Delivery Manager will oversee both automated and non-automated customer journeys, while meeting their KPI’s.
Responsibilities
* Team leadership: Manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Operational delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Process improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee automated and non-automated customer journeys and operational processes.
What experience will you bring?
* Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong communication and motivational skills.
* Operational management: In-depth knowledge and experience in managing operations, processes, and systems.
* Financial acumen: Understanding of budgeting and cost control.
* Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Risk management: Knowledge of risk management principles and the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Continuous improvement: Experience in ensuring there is continuous improvement within operations to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Hybrid role working between Accrington and home location. 35 hours per week over 6 days.
Salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
