The Nursery Third in Charge plays a crucial role in assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery. This position involves supporting the management team in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care for children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders. As a Senior Lead Practitioner, you will need to be level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines.
