Role Overview
Clinical Research Communications and Digital Senior Administrator based in Sutton, responsible for managing the online presence of the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and the NIHR Clinical Research Facility (CRF) within the R&D Development Core Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update webpages and social media channels for the BRC and CRF.
* Produce digital content to promote research activities and build public and patient engagement.
* Support events and related communications, including tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
* Oversee the Cancer Patients’ Voice digital platform and contribute to research webpages on the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Institute of Cancer Research sites.
* Write and distribute regular communications for the Clinical Research Directorate.
* Collaborate closely with the Royal Marsden Marketing & Communications Team and the Media Team at ICR.
* Act as a senior administrator, demonstrating flexibility, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
