Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager

My client is on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated team player to join them in ensuring top-notch service delivery to their clients. As an AM, you'll be at the forefront of producing accurate client work while guiding and supporting our junior team members. Your role will involve managing files with precision, meeting deadlines consistently, and offering assistance wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of client files/audits according to set requirements.
* Assist junior team members, addressing queries to maintain accuracy in their work.
* Deliver client work of the highest quality while adhering to legal and statutory standards.
* Promptly acquire necessary client documentation to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Handle client inquiries in a manner that fosters strong client relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of billable hours for efficient billing processes.
* Prepare client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within specified deadlines for HMRC submission.
* Represent the firm professionally in all interactions.
* Efficiently plan workload to meet deadlines and facilitate timely sign-off.
Key Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA Qualification
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Dependable team player.
* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
* Proficient in managing processes and maintaining confidentiality.
