Salary: Up to A GBP 28k depending on experience + benefits (Full time salary, so will be pro rata based on number of hours worked). Full Time or Part Time. Terzetto Stone are a leading retailer of high quality stone and porcelain tiles from around the world. We supply both retail and trade customers throughout the UK and currently have five showrooms in Yorkshire, Cheshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. This role is based in the Knutsford showroom with flexibility for occasional travel to other showrooms. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in our Knutsford showroom.
Responsibilities
* Eager to learn, highly motivated and ambitious with the capability to become a key member of our showroom team.
* Confident and charismatic to achieve sales through face-to-face contact in our showrooms or through phone and other contacts.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, achieving the right outcome for the customer and the business.
* Learn and develop a wide range of product knowledge to help customers choose the right look for their home. An eye for interior design is useful. Calculate quantities, specify requirements, produce quotes and process orders.
* Professionalism, excellence and passion with a desire to continuously improve and develop the business direction.
* Working Saturdays with a day off in the week for a full-time role; part-time is 3:4 days a week including Saturdays. The showrooms are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Qualifications
* Experience of selling in a similar or complementary field (e.g., kitchen, flooring, bathroom showroom) is desirable but not essential.
* Full UK driving licence desirable.
* Willingness to travel to other showrooms as needed.
