Job Title: Property Manager - £28,000 - £30,000 (pro rata) Location: Home based (may require travel to head office for meetings) Job Type:Part Time Monday Friday Hours: 10AM 2PM Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a shared portfolio of approx. 350 residential properties whilst providing excellent customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for the property market. Key Responsibilities Property Management: Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties Act as main point of contact for landlords and tenants Ensure compliance with all housing legislation and safety requirements Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes Arrange property inspections and follow up on issues Arrange and oversee property maintenance and repairs Instruct and manage contractors and suppliers Manage rent arrears Prepare landlord statements and financial reports Handle tenant queries Ensure deposits are correctly protected and administered Serve notices and manage tenancy breaches where required Coordinate inventories, check-ins, and check-outs Advise landlords on compliance, and property performance Maintain accurate property and tenancy records Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism Handling deposit returns Handling rent insurance/eviction claims Serving Section notices Requirements Previous experience in residential property management a must Excellent organisational and time management skills ARLA qualified preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Hours Monday Friday Working hours: 10 AM - 2 PM
