The Role
Reporting to our Product Lead, Lydia Smith, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the product vertical, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. You will support the Product Lead in driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and enhancing digital customer experiences.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
Your Impact
This hands-on, customer-focused role involves executing product initiatives, gathering insights to inform decisions, and contributing to the success of the product vertical. Your contributions will improve customer satisfaction, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
2. Embed customers at the centre of product decisions, leveraging data and insights.
3. Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features and enhancements.
4. Use customer insights, research, complaints, and reviews to inform decisions.
5. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, needs, and feasibility.
6. Focus on delivering value quickly by testing hypotheses.
7. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics for continuous improvement.
8. Support stakeholder management to ensure alignment with business goals.
9. Champion your product within and outside your team to foster collaboration.
10. Set KPIs and strive for measurable outcomes.
11. Participate in Agile practices like sprints and retrospectives.
12. Share knowledge and promote best practices within the product community.

* Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital environments.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
* Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Passionate about customer experience and problem-solving.
* Familiar with optimization and customer insight tools.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
* Energy or regulated industry experience is a plus.
* Ability to validate assumptions through data and feedback.
