Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a highly regarded, long-established law firm in Essex, known for its quality of service, collaborative working culture, and long-standing commercial client relationships.
This respected regional firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join its growing and busy property department. The team is friendly, approachable, and fully committed to ongoing development and progression.
The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level solicitor with a passion for commercial property law. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a varied caseload that includes:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements
* Development work including site acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting on high-value or complex commercial transactions
* Providing advice to SMEs, investors, and developers
About You
1. You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with between NQ to 3 years PQE
