ServiceNow Business Analyst Location: Coventry (Hybrid working, 2 to 3 days on site, non-negotiable) Duration: 4 months Rate: £500 to £540 per day (Inside IR35) Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a dynamic team driving a critical ServiceNow migration project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in gathering, analysing, and refining business requirements to facilitate a seamless transition and optimise the ServiceNow platform. This role demands a proactive, experienced professional who can engage effectively with stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This position offers hybrid working, with an expectation to be on site in Coventry for 2 to 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and refinement activities for the ServiceNow migration project. Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to extract detailed requirements. Document and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements. Maintain clear and consistent communication channels across all project participants to manage expectations and progress. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on ServiceNow migration projects. Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to prioritise and refine requirements effectively. Experience working in hybrid environments with on-site presence. Sound knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience working within Inside IR35 contract frameworks. Certifications & Qualifications Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, BCS) are desirable. ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous. ServiceNow certifications are beneficial but not mandatory. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting programme of work.
