Job Description
As a KS1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged
* Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and individual needs
* Assessing pupil progress using formative and summative methods and providing constructive feedback
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Participating in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching KS1 is desirable, though ECTs are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for early years and primary education
