Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor Location: Greater London Salary: £40,000£50,000 Company Vehicle Up to £5,000 Retention Bonus Sector: Land Surveying The Role As a Land / Topographical Surveyor, you will engage in a variety of surveying projects across construction, infrastructure, and property development sectors throughout the UK. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of site control, data processing, and the delivery of accurate CAD outputs. Key Responsibilities Conduct topographical surveys to support various projects. Establish site control and survey control networks. Utilise GPS, total station, and laser scanning equipment for data collection. Process survey data to produce comprehensive CAD deliverables. Assist in planning and development projects through accurate surveying. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Collaborate with project teams to address surveying needs. Requirements Proven experience in carrying out topographical surveys. Familiarity with GNSS and total station equipment. Strong understanding of survey control and data capture methodologies. Experience in processing survey data efficiently. Full UK driving licence. A professional and reliable approach to site work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
