At TheWise Seeker we are looking for an Account Executive to work withone of our clients in the UK.
The purpose of the role isto provide quotations for New Business and Renewals to assist theBranch and be a referral point for the Assistants. The rolerequires dealing with clients over the phone and via email toensure retention and sales targets are maximised through theprovision of efficient communication & negotiationskills.
You will need to have good judgement be analyticalhave great attention to detail be flexible self motivated driven& deliver excellent customer service whilst alwaysadhering to their individual underwriting authority limits and inaccordance with the proceduremanual.
Tasks
1. Adhereto all company policies andprocedures.
2. Continuously identify areas forimprovement and provide potential solutions to the company andreduce costs.
3. Excellent customer service whilstmeeting customer requirements efficiently & effectivelyfor New Business.
4. Understand the processes andprocedures required to provide quotations & put forwardsuitable products to meet the client EUR(TM)s demands andneeds.
5. Ensure that all product informationprovided is clear fair and not misleading allowing the customer tomake an informed decision.
6. Calculate NewBusiness premiums in accordance with the specific carrier EUR(TM)srisk appetite and guidelines or liaise with insurers for allnondelegated authority business.
7. Ensure thattelephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly& efficiently.
8. Maintain thorough andaccurate records of all customerinteractions.
9. Identify complaints and refer tothe necessary complaint handler.
10. Dealing withqueries by email telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs areadhered to.
11. Required to be a referral pointwithin the Branch.
12. Ensure that you remaincompliant in everything that you do; including but not limited totreating customers fairly contract certainty & vulnerablecustomers.

14. Must have 2 years minimumexperience working within a broking or underwritingenvironment.
