Chief Executive Officer – The Green House
* Location: Bristol (BS1) + hybrid
The Green House is seeking an inspiring, values‑led CEO to lead this highly respected charity into its next chapter. Supporting children, young people and families affected by sexual abuse, The Green House delivers specialist therapy, whole family support, creative and nature‑based programmes, and sector‑shaping national influence.
This is a rare leadership role blending strategy, compassion and real-world impact.
You Will:
* Lead delivery of the bold five‑year strategy, End the Silence
* Champion survivor voice in all areas of design, delivery and influence
* Build strong partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community sectors
* Represent The Green House as a credible, compassionate ambassador
* Ensure financial sustainability and diverse income growth
* Lead a warm, reflective and values‑driven team with kindness and clarity
* Maintain robust safeguarding, governance and compliance
You Bring:
* CEO experience in the charity sector or be able to demonstrate the skills to work at that level.
* Senior leadership within trauma‑informed, mental health, social care or related charity settings.
* Deep understanding of safeguarding, and funding landscapes and have the relationships to be able to develop statutory partnerships.
* High emotional intelligence and a warm, grounded leadership style.
* Strong financial acumen and experience driving organisational growth.
* Commitment to equity, inclusion and anti‑oppressive practice.
* Passion for centring survivor voice and enabling systemic change.
