You’ll build on your surveyor background while gaining skills in project planning, resource management, quoting, and non-licensed removal (training provided). What’s on Offer: * Starting salary of £38,000 (rising with experience) * Company van fuel card laptop * 20 days holiday bank holidays (increasing with service) * Training & progression into compliance, management, and business leadership Key Responsibilities: * Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment & demolition surveys * Produce and collate accurate survey reports * Support operational and office-based project delivery * Gain training in non-licensed asbestos removal, project planning, and quoting * Assist with compliance, RAMS, and site audits * Progress into wider management responsibilities Requirements: * BOHS P402 (or equivalent) – essential * Previous experience in asbestos surveying (domestic, commercial, or industrial) * Knowledge of asbestos regulations & compliance * Strong organisational & reporting skills * Ambition to grow into a management role * Full UK driving licence
