The Role As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with clients to address their accounting needs. Visiting clients to provide personalised service. Creating and maintaining accurate financial records. Managing bookkeeping tasks to ensure compliance and precision. Assisting in preparing financial reports when necessary. This is a part-time role offering flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. You'll be expected to work 20 hours a week, with the flexibility to choose your hours anytime between 9am to 5pm – perfect for those balancing school runs or other commitments. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is qualified through either a recognised qualification, such as AAT, or possesses relevant experience. Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role. Possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in liaising with clients. Is detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Can effectively manage time and juggle multiple tasks. Is a team player who contributes positively to our collaborative environment.
