We are recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join a childrens home, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of consistency, boundaries and compassionate care.
About the role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education and personal development. You will help create a safe, stable and nurturing environment, working as part of a supportive and professional team, while following safeguarding practice and childcare legislation at all times.
