This role allows you to: Gain classroom experience by stepping into various classrooms, managing lessons in the teacher’s absence, and building confidence in a real school environment. Develop key skills like effective classroom management, behavior strategies, and communication skills essential for any teaching role. Phase 2: Teacher Training (Year 2) Following your Cover Supervisor year, you’ll begin our fully-funded Graduate Teacher Training Programme.
