Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Criminal Justice Housing Worker: Supporting clients in Crystal Palace Park, Bromley SE26 post code area of South East London bordering Kent.
The role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) no part time option currently advertised sadly.
Your contributions will directly influence the lives of service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.

To be responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining independent living skills and general wellbeing for a wide cross section in society.
* To use organisational needs, risk and aspirational based assessment tools with the service users to gain a clear understanding of their individual situations
* To formulate, implement and review personalised, client focused support plans with service users and other professionals as needed.

To utilise key working sessions to develop and sustain independence, maintain their tenancy, and enjoy a good quality of life.
* To motivate service users to participate in and take ownership of all aspects of their daily lives.
* To encourage engagement in activities which supports their physical and mental wellbeing.
* To enable service users to access physical and mental health services within the local community.
* To promote independence with service users through effective relationship building.

To maximise financial security and independence through encouraging access to employment, training and volunteering opportunities.
* To liaise effectively and professionally with other agencies involved in supporting the service users.
* To provide quality information to service users on alternative housing options when needed and how best to utilise existing supports.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of £15.91 per hour rising to £16.22 per hour after 12 weeks service.
