Contract Details: Temporary until maximum 14th February 2027 (mat leave cover)


Responsibilities

* Coordinate closely with the Procurement team and other internal functions (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Trade, and Planning) to support the continuity of material supply for production operations and timely availability of R&D materials.
* Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, Expeditors, and external suppliers to track inbound shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely delivery of imported materials aligned with project and production requirements.
* Ensure all procured goods are physically received on-site, correctly recorded in the GSR tool, and fully aligned with purchase order and delivery documentation.
* Proactively communicate with internal requestors to confirm delivery of requested materials, provide shipment status updates, support planning and scheduling decisions, and escalate issues as required.
* Support and maintain existing key supplier relationships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to agreed processes, and timely resolution of delivery, documentation, or payment issues.
* Manage new supplier onboarding via P2P processes, coordinating required documentation and liaising with internal finance and procurement teams while supporting suppliers through onboarding queries.
* Assist with material stock monitoring and auditing to support the accuracy of inventory records, identifying discrepancies or risks to supply.
* Collaborate closely with the Senior TPM and cross-functional stakeholders to support supply and demand planning activities and material readiness for operational and engineering requirements.


We Are Looking For Candidates Who

* Have administrative experience (this is a support role).
* Are comfortable processing Word documents and uploading information into MyOrder.
* Can proactively chase, follow up, and help unblock issues.
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing daily priorities.
* Are happy working onsite 5 days per week
