About the Role
As a Humanities Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Teaching a combination of subjects such as History, Geography and/or Religious Education
* Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
* Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
* Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Contributing to the wider life of the school and department
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Has experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
* Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for their specialism
* Can engage and motivate students of all abilities
* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
* Is committed, reliable and a collaborative team player
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
