Role Description
This role is open to both a full-time and part-time position based in Lincolnshire. The Plumber will be responsible for conducting plumbing activities, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Daily tasks include working with pipes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring systems are functioning properly, and solving any potential plumbing issues. Our ideal candidate is experienced and can work independently, showing initiative and strong capability.
The Plumber will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service, in line with the company\'s reputation, while interacting with clients and ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards.
We cover the whole of Lincolnshire, meaning every day is different! We have a good mix of large projects and small jobs. Whether it\'s a tap repair or a full heating installation, we\'re happy to help.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Plumbing and working with pipes
* Experience in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems
* Experience and capability in installations
* Ability to maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and fittings
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Gas Safe is advantageous but not essential
* A valid UK driving license is essential
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems, including radiators, toilets, and leak detection.
* Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
* Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free before leaving the site.
* Assemble components of plumbing and heating systems according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
* Carry out heavy lifting as needed for the installation or removal of equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on-site.
