Vacancy Details
Due to planned growth, we are looking to recruit an established or senior recruiter who is looking for a new role for our Civil Engineering side of the business. Existing recruiters will be expected to have a certain level of recruitment experience within the construction sector and will be able to offer details on previous successes or achievements. Senior recruiters will be able to bring new clients to the business or will have existing points of contact within clients we already work with. Our current clients across the business are based throughout the UK, from Southampton to Scotland, and in this role, you will be expected to deal with a variety of individuals at all levels of these organisations, placing candidates with salaries from £50k up to and beyond £200k per annum (management through to board directorship level).
Responsibilities
* Recruit an established or senior recruiter for the Civil Engineering side of the business.
* Offer details on previous successes or achievements for existing recruiters.
* Bring new clients to the business or leverage existing client contacts.
* Work with current clients across the UK, dealing with individuals at all levels and placing candidates with salaries from £50k to £200k+.
Requirements
* Candidates must have recruitment experience, whether freelance or permanent.
* Confident personality and willingness to work with a variety of people.
* Driven and highly motivated to achieve success and financial gain.
* Time management and personal drive are key factors.
* Previous knowledge of the construction sector and ideally civil engineering markets (utilities, infrastructure, and rail) is desired for senior consultant positions.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be generous. Basic salary from £30,000 to £45,000 per annum. You will also be paid commission on all placements, with earning potential increasing significantly. Commission scales up to 35% of what you bill. Consultants on target can add £20,000 to £60,000 per annum in the first years. In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous bonuses, mobile phones, laptops and more to consultants who demonstrate they can succeed.
