We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Norwich. In this key front-of-house role, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.
