Head of Digital Infrastructure - £700PD - Inside IR35 - Cheltenham
I am working with a key Global manufacturing client of mine who are looking for a highly technical Head of Digital Infrastructure to join them on an interim basis. You will drive the transformation of their digital ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Windows 10-11 migration and datacentre relocation projects in the short term.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including Windows 10 to 11 migration and datacentre transitions.
* Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Collaborate with IT leadership, cybersecurity, and business units to ensure resilient, secure, and scalable systems.
* Evaluate emerging technologies to future-proof the digital landscape.
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for infrastructure services.
* Accountable for all staff members within the Infrastructure and Digital Workplace teams globally
Skills
* Proven experience delivering large-scale Windows 10-11 migration projects.
* Demonstrated success in planning and executing datacentre moves or consolidations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of infrastructure architecture, network systems, Azure, and endpoint management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strategic mindset.
* In depth knowledge of M365 - Intune, Autopilot ect..
