We are seeking a Parts Sales Executive to work alongside the Sales Manager and team to meet the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with designated customers.
* Identify parts accurately to meet customer requirements.
* Utilise product promotions effectively to reach specific targets.
* Leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
* Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
* Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding promptly, and offering expert advice.
* Communicate timely updates regarding credit status.
* Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent service.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales goals.
* Handle calls and customer inquiries within KPIs using the approved greeting.
* Use systems accurately to search and order parts.
* Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
* Process transactions in line with TPS Guidelines.
