AFA Collective is a Manchester based fashion house specialising in design, sourcing, and product development across fashion accessories categories. Working across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and marketplace channels, the business creates trend-led, commercially driven collections through its portfolio of brands.
This role supports AFA Collective’s core brand, SVNX, and is an opportunity for a commercially minded Marketplace Commercial Executive to help drive business growth across marketplace channels. Working closely with the Merchandiser and Directors, the role combines marketplace trading performance, product and category opportunity identification, supplier partnerships, pricing and promotions, and commercial decision-making across fashion accessories.
Responsibilities
* Own day to day trading and performance across fashion-focused marketplace accounts including Debenhams, Secret Sales and Roman
* Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to drive promotional, visibility, and growth opportunities
* Identify and support new marketplace and channel opportunities to drive business growth
* Monitor sales, product performance, conversion, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify commercial opportunities
* Analyse trading data and take action to improve revenue, profitability, and sell-through
* Own pricing, promotional, and product positioning decisions to maximise performance
* Research trends, emerging products, and customer behaviour to identify product and category opportunities within accessories
* Support sourcing and buying activities, maintaining supplier relationships across local and overseas partners
* Contribute to product selection and future buying decisions with consideration for pricing, margins, and commercial performance
* Ensure listings, imagery, and content reflect brand standards and marketplace requirements
* Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and returns to continuously improve product and customer experience
Skills & Experience
* Experience with ecommerce platforms, Shopify experience preferred
* 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, buying, merchandising, or a commercial role, fashion experience preferred
* Strong commercial mindset with confidence in pricing and performance decisions
* Ability to analyse data and turn insight into action
* Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership
* Experience with Mirakl or marketplace management platforms is advantageous
