Inviting applications for the role of Sales Engagement Manager - Assistant Vice President - English.
This role ensures Genpact’s steady revenue stream growth from existing accounts. You will be either leading existing relationships with key clients or developing newer client relationships. Thus, you will drive growth and contribute to top-line growth.
Responsibilities
* Understanding customer needs and translating them into proposals for Genpact and its customers.
* New growth deals in customer accounts per pre-agreed targets — meet and surpass Operating Plan (OP) numbers.
* Understanding the marketplace and competitor offerings; drive strategic sales initiatives for Genpact.
* Demonstrating and crafting networks that result in potential opportunities/leads in the customer’s organization globally – understanding what competition is offering.
* Connecting at CxO level in the customer organization; build/maintain relationships that enable higher customer happiness (measured via NPS) and delivered business impact.
* Providing insights on customer financials and driving business strategies within operating teams to add value to the customer.
* Building, running, and managing governance around the customer and Genpact communication to enable better visibility, clarity, and partnership.
* Constructing a compelling narrative around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
* Cross-selling all Genpact products to customers and driving higher growth penetration.
* Becoming a key intermediary between the global delivery team and the customer.
* Promoting Genpact and growing brand awareness in the customer organization/industry vertical.
* Participating in industry third-party seminars, quarterly meetings, earnings calls, and analyst forums to develop deeper industry connections related to the customer and their industry.
* Playing a key role in providing timely and high-quality RFX responses.
* Partnering with the RFI/RFP team & Finance on customer proposals to realize customer needs while maintaining profitability.
* Providing market intelligence for costing on proposals.
* Partnering with Genpact offshore delivery teams to build effective deal solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
* Proven experience of managing clients and doing end-to-end deals. Demonstrated success in driving higher growth penetration with deals of $5M TCV or larger.
* Relevant years of services business experience with a focus on account management at a strategic level.
* Fortune 500 company experience.
* MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
* Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm.
* Program Management experience.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with working in/for Media, Publishing and Entertainment sector industries/clients.
* Experience of working in Big 4 / other consulting firms.
* Experience and cultural resourcefulness to work across countries and succeed in a global organization.
* Good oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English.
* Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in various functions).
* Sound financial & commercial business understanding.
