This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced professional who thrives in the residential sector and is ready to lead complex projects, support Directors, and mentor junior team members. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will help deliver high-value residential schemes ranging from £15m to £230m. Projects include mixed-use masterplans, student accommodation, co-living, and senior living developments for a portfolio of established repeat clients. Working closely with a Director, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for strategic planning, client liaison, and full project delivery. Many schemes involve a dual QS and Employer's Agent role, offering variety and exposure to every stage of the development process. This role isn't focused on business development. Instead, it's perfect for someone who brings a strong, capable pair of hands - someone who can lead delivery, build client trust, and secure repeat work.
