Environment Planning and Engagement Manager - 32150
We are seeking a high performing individual to help shape delivery of outcomes across the West Midlands. As the Environment Planning and Engagement (EPE) Manager you will lead our Executive Coordination Management team and a high-quality Communication and Engagement service for the West Midlands Area and our customers. You will be focused on the day-to-day running of our business ensuring we make the best use of our resources; understand how we’re delivering our priorities and can demonstrate we’re efficient and effective.
This role is fundamental to our Area Leadership Team, helping to drive integrations across our remit and West Midlands culture. Your work will be conducted in a high-freedom environment that focuses on health, safety and wellbeing; embraces inspirational leadership; and supports development.

The team
This is a leadership role so you’ll be an active and visible member of the Area Leadership Team (ALT) inside and outside the organisation. You’ll role model our leadership behaviours and help to create an inclusive environment where people can be their best. The successful candidate will work closely with all ALT across the wide range of issues within our remit as well as taking responsibility for their own remit.
