An independent family butchers and delicatessen offering the finest, locally sourced meat. With a large online presence this is a very busy operation with a team of 13 staff. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Butcher to join this ambitious team.

The Role
As a Front of House Butcher, youll combine expert product knowledge with outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with the best quality produce and a memorable experience. Youll also support our expanding online operation and help maintain our shops excellent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cut, and present a full range of meats to the highest standards
- Advise customers with confidence and expertise
- Maintain an attractive, well-stocked counter display
- Uphold strict food hygiene and safety practices
- Support online order preparation and fulfilment (training provided)
- Work collaboratively within a passionate and skilled team
About You
Youre a confident, skilled butcher with great attention to detail and a genuine love for quality food or you may not have worked in a butchers before but always enjoyed handling the carcasses and butchery within your fresh food kitchen, training will be given as long as you are keen, enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for the role.
