Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand presence in the luxury market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the luxury sector.
3. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
4. Cultivate diverse revenue streams and optimize the hotels profitability.
5. Align product offerings with the brands distinct positioning.
6. Strategize and refine the hotels commercial approach regularly.
7. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
About You
You should have a proven track record of success in luxury sales within the five-star market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with strong negotiating and influencing abilities.
